Vanessa Turney

Founder & Brand Strategist

As the founder of Crane the Agency, Vanessa leads the team with her extensive background in brand and business development. Her passion for small business and entrepreneurship has led her to become a 7x award-winning creative.

My passion for business runs very deep because of the fact that the landscape is always evolving. With new ideas constantly forming, what the human spirit is capable of is consistently astounding to me. My greatest ambition is to create successful entrepreneurs – especially women. It involves the utmost dedication, but there is truly no place I would rather be in than the business space.

James Vadala

Partner & Digital Experience

James develops online cohesion for clients through visuals and digital strategy. From brand identity to web development and digital advertising, he has been providing Crane’s clients with digital services for over 7 years.

From a young age, I’ve had a passion for connecting people through technology, which has since evolved into connecting brands to their audiences online. Over the past 12 years in the digital space, I’ve amassed a variety of skills and experience that has allowed me to generate millions of dollars in revenue for clients through Google and Facebook Advertising, create award-winning designs, and implement various technologies for brands to streamline their internal processes such as custom CRMs and visually-based data reporting. All in all, it is nothing short of an understatement when I say I love what I do.

Jakoby West

Content Director

With the ability to frame stories in a way that customers can connect with on a personal level, Jakoby specializes in creating engaging videos and short-form films for the agency.

“I believe nothing can capture attention like video can, which is why I’m passionate about helping businesses to utilize the medium. I spend my time away from work consuming media on the internet, and it allows me to evolve in my own creativity. Outside of work, I sing and play guitar in my band Lease Agreement, and spend time with my wife and poodles.”

Arthur Dominguez

Social Media Manager

Arthur manages social media content and development for the agency. As an all-around digital creative, he’s well-positioned to adapt to the constantly evolving social media landscape.

“As a child, the rise of YouTube led me to become enamored by the idea of learning how to create my own content. It was an idea that persisted into my adulthood as I’ve continuously expanded my own creativity in both video and design. I believe the internet gives us an incredible opportunity to both reach and connect with people, which is why I’m always exploring the best ways to do just that.”

Sarah Vasquez

Videographer & Editor

Sarah works to bring brands to life through video. As part of our ever growing content team, Sarah provides for our clients by capturing and editing video for a variety of formats.

Crystal Truong

Graphic Designer

Crystal creates graphic designs that helps our clients elevate their  marketing & brand, all while maintaining a consistent visual tone and brand alignment. Crystal will be working to create stunning branded assets for both digital and print.
